New CRC meeting times Another reminder that we have new meeting times on Tuesdays & Thursdays at The Springfield Centre. The new arrangements are in place for a trial period of 3 months to see how it suits everyone. Further changes will be posted here. |

CRAM-tags Steve Cram's brother, Kevin, tragically fell and died whilst out running in 2001. Like most runners he was not carrying any ID and consequently his identification was delayed by several days adding to the distress of the incident. Dedicated to the memory of Kevin, CRAM-tags are small, lightweight identity tags which lace easily and securely into your running shoe. You just write your contact and any medical details on the back of your CRAM-tag and then lace into your shoe. CRAM-tags are produced exclusively for the charity COCO by Reebok and all proceeds go towards helping children overseas. (See here for more information).
