Currently Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:50pm ready to start our runs at 7pm
The main club sessions. On each of the above evenings there is the option of a straightforward 5 or 6 mile run, and now a 3 mile run on Tuesdays only.
On Tuesdays there is usually the option of an 'interval' or 'tempo' session lead by one of the Club coaches; on Thursdays the alternative is usually a 'speed-work' session .
In the summer, the Club sometimes meets at different venues so we can enjoy running in the beautiful local countyside. Details are to be found on this website (see: "Away Days")
Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm we hold our popular 'One Mile Club', a group session aimed mainly at children new to our sport. We expect parents or guardians to accompany their children on this session. For the time being, this will still be held at The Springfield Centre, Beechfield Rd, Corsham. (This is a free service)
At 6:45pm, immediately following the above 'junior' session, we encourage a senior group, also newcomers to running. This is a very relaxed group, which sets its own pace, so please feel free to join us.
Many Club members meet up in groups of varying abilities at the weekend and on other evenings for longer runs. Enquiries always welcome.
How do I join and how much does it cost?
