When to find us

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:45 for 7:00 pm. The main club sessions. On each night there is the option of a straightforward 5 or 6 mile run.

On Tuesdays there also is usually the option of an interval or tempo session lead by one of the coaches; on Thursdays it is usually a speed-work session

In the summer, the club sometimes meets at different places so we can enjoy running in the beautiful local countyside. There is no club run once a month from May to September on the Thursday nights when one of the 5k race series is taking place.

Wednesday evenings at 5:55 for 6:00 pm. An informal session called the Friendly Four. An easy run over 4 miles run at a slow pace to encourage new runners.

Many club members meet up in groups of varying abilities at the weekend and on other evenings for longer runs.
