Tuesday 16th September Usual time from the Springfield Centre Hash details:- The runners go as a pack following the trail and the faster runners have a lot of route finding to do giving others a chance to catch up! The route is between 5 and 6 miles long (a bit longer for those who have to explore all the false trails). I suggest ordinary trainers rather than off-road shoes. I also suggest that you bring a torch and some money for the pub at the end. |
